BOOKING & PROCESS
How do I know which service I need?
The right service depends on the condition of your property and what you would like to achieve.
Deep Cleaning is suitable for properties that are currently occupied and maintained, but require a more detailed and thorough clean.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is ideal when a property has been vacant for some time or when preparing it for handover, such as moving out of a rented property.
Post-Construction Cleaning is required after renovation or building work, where construction dust, residue, paint, plaster, or similar materials need to be removed.
Floor Cleaning can be selected if you only require machine cleaning or treatment of floors.
If you are unsure, you contact us and our team will guide you.
What happens after I submit a booking?
Once your booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment, including the selected service, date, time, and service description.
Your booking is scheduled accordingly based on the information provided, including the location entered during the booking process.
We will only contact you if any clarification is required or if additional details are needed. For certain services, such as post-construction cleaning, we may request photos in advance to properly assess the surfaces and prepare the correct approach.
Will you contact me after I book?
We will only contact you if necessary. This may include situations where something is unclear, where additional details are required, or for certain services such as post-construction cleaning where photos may be needed.
Can I modify my booking after submitting it?
Yes, you can modify your booking either by accessing your account or by contacting us directly. We will assist you in updating the appointment before the scheduled date.
Do I need an inspection before booking?
In most cases, an inspection is not required. Our booking system is designed to allow you to select and customise the service based on your property.
However, for more complex cases such as post-construction cleaning, polishing, or properties in uncertain condition, we may request photos or arrange further assessment to ensure the correct approach.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Is the price shown online final?
The booking system provides a structured estimate based on your selections, including property size and any additional services.
In most cases, this reflects the expected price. However, final details may be confirmed if the condition of the property or scope of work differs from what was selected.
Why can the price change after assessment?
Pricing is based on the condition and requirements of the property. If the space requires significantly more time, additional work, or specialised treatment, this will be identified during review or on-site.
What factors affect the final price?
The final price may depend on several factors, including:
- The overall condition of the property
- The level of dirt, buildup, or post-construction residue
- The size and layout of the space
- The number of bathrooms or additional rooms
- Any extras selected, such as windows, upholstery, or specialised treatments
Do I need to pay online?
No, online payment is optional. You can choose to secure your booking online or confirm your appointment and pay on-site.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure the booking, particularly for larger or more specialised services. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process or confirmed by our team if applicable.
SERVICES & SCOPE
What is included in a deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a detailed service designed for lived-in properties that require a thorough refresh.
It includes careful cleaning of all main areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, with additional attention to buildup, neglected spots, and hard-to-reach areas.
We also use professional equipment, including steam technology, to help remove dirt, grease, and bacteria more effectively where suitable.
The exact scope depends on the condition of the property and the options selected during booking.
What is included in the AC cleaning?
AC cleaning includes internal cleaning of the unit to remove dust, dirt, and buildup that can affect performance and air quality.
This typically covers the filters, internal components, like coils, and drainage areas where accessible. The aim is to improve efficiency, airflow, and hygiene.
What is included in the Move in cleaning?
This is a more detailed service than deep cleaning and is designed to prepare a property for new occupancy or handover.
In addition to full surface cleaning, this service includes cleaning inside cabinets, wardrobes, drawers, and accessible storage areas, ensuring the property is ready for use.
Do you move furniture or personal belongings?
We do not handle personal belongings or heavy furniture. We recommend that the space is prepared in advance to allow our team to work efficiently and safely.
Can I send photos before booking?
Yes, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email, and send photos of your property. This is especially helpful for more complex cases such as post-construction cleaning, polishing, or properties that require a more detailed assessment.
POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
What is post-construction cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning is a specialised service carried out after renovation or building work.
It focuses on removing fine construction dust, residue, paint marks, plaster, and other materials left behind after works are completed. This type of cleaning requires a detailed and methodical approach to ensure all surfaces are properly treated and prepared for use.
Why is post-construction cleaning more expensive?
Post-construction cleaning is more intensive than standard or deep cleaning.
It requires more time, specialised equipment, and multiple stages of cleaning to properly remove fine dust and construction residue. In many cases, certain areas may need to be treated more than once to achieve the desired result.
Do you require an inspection for post-construction cleaning?
In most cases, an inspection is not required before booking.
However, we typically request photos in advance to assess the condition of the property and prepare the appropriate approach. In more complex cases, further assessment may be arranged if needed.
Can post-construction cleaning be completed in one visit?
This depends on the condition of the property, the size and the extent of the work.
While many projects can be completed in a single visit, heavily affected large properties or those with significant construction residue may require additional time or follow-up cleaning to achieve the best result.
WINDOWS & EXTRAS
Are windows included in the cleaning?
Window cleaning is not included as standard and is offered as an additional service.
This allows the service to be tailored depending on the number, size, and condition of the windows in each property.
Why are windows charged separately?
Window cleaning requires additional time and depends on the number of openings, as well as the size and type of glass surfaces.
Larger elements such as sliding doors or full-height glass panels require more time and detail, which is why this service is priced separately.
What counts as a window or sliding door?
A window includes any standard glass opening within the property, such as bedroom or kitchen windows.
Sliding doors, balcony doors, and large glass panels are considered separately due to their size and the additional time required to clean them.
SPECIAL SURFACES & TREATMENTS
What is natural stone treatment?
Natural stone treatment applies to surfaces such as marble, travertine, and similar materials that require specialised care.
These surfaces cannot be cleaned using standard acidic products. Instead, we use pH-neutral, stone-safe solutions and specific methods to ensure the material is cleaned safely without causing damage.
Can scratches or stains be removed?
Standard cleaning focuses on removing dirt, dust, and surface buildup.
Scratches, deep stains, or surface damage usually require specialised treatment such as polishing or restoration. This is assessed separately depending on the condition of the material.
Do you offer polishing services?
Yes, we offer professional polishing and restoration services for various types of surfaces such as marble, terrazzo, granite, travertine.
These services are designed to improve the appearance of the material, reduce visible scratches, and restore the finish.
Do you polish marble countertops and surfaces?
Yes, marble countertops, floors, and other marble surfaces can be polished depending on their condition.
Each case is assessed individually to determine the most suitable approach.
Do you polish tiles and porcelain surfaces?
Standard ceramic and porcelain tiles are not polished in the same way as natural stone.
However, we use specialised products designed for porcelain surfaces, which can improve the overall appearance, enhance the finish, and reduce the visibility of light surface scratches.
Please note that deeper scratches or damage cannot be fully removed and may require alternative solutions depending on the condition of the material.
Do you treat traditional Maltese tiles?
Yes, traditional Maltese cement tiles require a specialised approach due to their delicate nature.
We use appropriate cleaning methods and products to safely treat the surface while preserving its character and appearance. In some cases, additional treatment or restoration may be recommended depending on the condition of the tiles.
PREPARATION & ACCESS
Do I need to prepare the property before cleaning?
We kindly ask that the property is ready and accessible at the time of the appointment.
This includes ensuring that areas to be cleaned are clear of personal items where possible, allowing our team to work efficiently and achieve the best result.
Do I need to be present during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as access to the property is arranged in advance, our team can carry out the service as scheduled.
Do you need water, electricity, or lift access?
Yes, access to water and electricity is required for most services, as we use professional equipment during the cleaning process.
For services involving heavy equipment, such as floor deep cleaning, polishing, or post-construction cleaning, lift access is also required where applicable. If no lift is available or operational, a surcharge of €10 per floor level applies to cover the additional time and effort required to transport equipment.
If water or electricity is not available within the property, we may be able to connect from an external source if accessible. Alternatively, the use of a generator can be arranged where necessary, subject to prior confirmation.
SUPPORT & EXPECTATIONS
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Our goal is to deliver a consistent, high-quality result on every job.
A supervisor is present on-site to oversee the service and ensure that everything is completed to the expected standard. If anything requires attention, it can be addressed during the service or reviewed with you afterwards.
What if the property is in worse condition than expected?
If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was indicated during booking, additional time or work may be required.
In such cases, our team will inform you and discuss the best way to proceed before continuing with any additional work.
